Advanced Integration Technologies (AIT) today announced organizational and structure changes designed to further increase customer focus and comprehensive interactions with customers for all their outsourcing requirements. To help drive these changes and achieve the company’s goals, Ted Johnson has been appointed President and Al Ghorai has been named Corporate Development Officer.

The organizational changes announced today reflect the progress AIT has made in completing the final step to the company’s integration plan following the merger of Integrated Flow Systems and American Integration Technologies in April 2007. Due to an increase in customers outsource manufacturing demands, AIT responded quickly by accelerating its planned organizational and structure strategy.

Ted Johnson, in his new position as President, will lead the company’s global operations while optimizing complete outsource solutions for its customers. “We are organizing to deliver a stronger customer focus, operate as one global company and to serve our customers better,” said Mr. Johnson. Previously, Mr. Johnson was President of American Integration Technologies.

Al Ghorai will lead the company’s efforts to further develop its flexible business model and enhance its value proposition to customers. In addition, Mr. Ghorai will continue to lead the company’s chemical delivery business. Formally, Mr. Ghorai was President of Integrated Flow Systems.
